AI training for employees and leaders
Workshops, tool training and an AI use policy, so your team actually uses what you've paid for. Training is built into every build, and available on its own.
What kind of AI training do you offer?
Tools only stick when people know how to use them. We teach with your work, your tools and your rules.
Staff workshops
Hands-on sessions for the people doing the work. Real tasks from your business, not generic demos.
Leadership workshops
For owners and managers: where AI fits, where it doesn't, what it costs and how to roll it out without chaos.
Tool training
Training on the tools we build for you, with short how-to guides your team can come back to.
AI use policy
A plain-English policy covering what staff can use, what data stays out, and who to ask. Written with you, not copied from a template.
Build Workshop: half or full day, in person or online
A Build Workshop gets your team using AI on real work in a single session. We tailor it to your business ahead of time, work through your actual tasks, and leave everyone with prompts, guides and a first draft of your AI use policy.

Training questions
What does a Build Workshop cover?
The basics of using AI well, then hands-on time with your own tasks: writing, summarising, sorting, planning and checking. We finish with what's allowed under your AI use policy and what to try next.
Do you help write an AI use policy?
Yes. We draft it with you in plain English, covering approved tools, what data never goes in, how to check AI output and who to ask. It's short enough that people actually read it.
Is training useful if we haven't built anything yet?
Yes. Many businesses start with a workshop to get the team comfortable, then book a Build Plan once they can see where AI fits.
Where can staff keep learning afterwards?
We point teams to The AI Collective for practical AI news and education for Saskatchewan.
